Our system is a type of cloud system (SAAS), and as such we offer clients tools and services on a routine basis. These tools, and all the services, are provided for a fixed or variable monthly fee (changed only manually by the customer). As soon as the customer has chosen a service package that he wants to rent, we start charging him for it on the spot. The first and immediate payment, from the moment the registration is completed, will be made for the entire first month. After that, the second payment will be the calculation of the remainder of the month remaining to be paid, until the first of the following month. For example: if a customer registered on January 17th, then the system will first charge according to the package he chose, let's say $99. And when we reach the first date in February, the system will charge according to the following formula: 99/30(current month)=3.3 per day * times (30-17)=42.9$ and this will be the payment for the month of February. Then, starting in March, the system will charge $99 regularly until the customer closes the account or manually changes the package. As long as the payment methods stored in the system are incorrect and do not allow payment, we send a warning Email for the need for immediate payment. If 14 days have passed since the Email was sent and the customer has not arranged the payment method - we block access to the account.

Information Sensitivity

Our system is installed in a secure cloud at the international server company Linode. Customers who choose to use our system, open an account with us, and get access to the management tools we offer. The customer uploads and updates the information to the cloud, and we offer him to manage the information using a set of technological tools. There is a complete separation between all the accounts of customers, and this means that there is no leakage of information of any kind between customer accounts. As mentioned, our technological tools offer the client information management capabilities, alerts, analyzes and more. Naturally, all the information that the customer uploads to our system is saved on the company's servers, under a secure environment. We hereby inform our customers that no one has access to the customer's stored information, except for the company's staff - for maintenance, customer service, and more. We declare that we do not make any use of customer information, neither by ourselves nor by a third party. We will never, under any circumstances, take the customer's information outside of our servers. Exclusion - in our system each customer can open separate profiles for each store he works with, and this is for convenience reasons of course. Once a store has been added to the customer's list of stores, then he can receive commercial information from it regarding the products he has distributed to them. At the same time, in order to make it easier for all customers, we decided that the list of stores would be public to all customers, so that there would be no situation where customers opened a profile for the same store more than once. To state clearly - we do not tell customers who opened the specific store or who works with it. We declare - customers will never be able to know about commercial activity or any kind of other customers in the system.

Deletion of Account and Information

We know that sometimes there are changes in companies and businesses. We hereby declare that there is a very accessible and easy-to-use option to delete the account permanently and immediately. Deleting the account is an irreversible operation! Once the customer deletes the account, we completely delete all of his information. The information that will be deleted is both the account information itself, and the commercial information that has entered the system over time. We delete everything and cannot be restored in any way!

Backup and Restore

Note that our system backs up the customers' information every week. So, if God forbid these and other failures occur, we know how to restore the system to the last backup point, thus saving lost information.

Changes to the Privacy Policy
